so some kids been fucking with me...he thinks im his friend though.

So hes really into independent music, and I had an idea. 

Tell him that me and another friend are going to a different persons house saturday, and he has a recording studio in the basement, and ask him if he wants to come.

The person with the recording studio is fake.  Take him to a dangerous town (north milwaukee FTW), leave him on the streets, an hour away from home.

So what exactly do you want to come from this? Is your plan for him to be kidnapped, raped, murdered? I really don't think his family/friends would appreciate him being shot and killed. In fact, I don't think even you would find it in the least bit funny.

he's been spreading nasty-ass rumors about me, he kinda deserves it, and it will be in the day, so he won't get shot.

I dont think.

He told a bunch of people that I had sex with a girl that i'm friends with, and I didn't, and now she thinks that I told him that, and shes mad at me.

It could be misconstrued and you could get kidnapping charges.
I'm gonna say go for it.
But make sure he has no money or cellphone first. That way when your questioned by police it might take an extra couple days for him to turn up.
