Intel HD Graphics(128MB/1632MB)
4GB RAM
Windows 8 64-Bit
Dolby Surround Sound

You have the system requirements beat so you should have much lag anyways... Maybe it doesn't work right with Win8 and/or 64bit processors?

I don't think we have an "official" stance against emulators/roms but PSX bios are still illegal to send around the web Wink

This is about setting up the emulator itself - not the distribution of illegal software. The emulator isn't illegal, so we'll go with it.
