I got my copy from a winning super bowl square from DP a couple years ago. I recently found a couple episodes of the TV show in a dollar store so Ifigured i'd give em' a look and try the game.
The premise of the story in Empress Opal of Mythrandir is overthrown by the evil Saurian Zok in an attempt to steal the magic crystals. He gets one but the other 5 escape and are sent to find the Stone Protectors. The crystals find their way to earth and choose a floundering rock band as the Stone Protectors. They are transformed into these muscle bound troll looking hero's who still aspire to be rock stars.
The show is horrible. The game pretty ordinary. Walk down the street fight the bad guys then fight a boss, next level.
The videos have a commercial for the game at the beginning. It says for SNES and Genesis. I have the SNES version and it's in our database. The Genesis version is not. Did this one not get released?
