Firstly, the presents I got for other people. Mum got a DAB radio, which I partly paid for with my dad. My sister got 24 Season 5, which I partly paid for with my mum. My Aunt got a 2 hour gardening DVD starring Alan Titschmarsh. I forgot about my dad but my sister came to me last night with a picture frame and I wrote a label saying "Insert picture of Sarah and James here" because we haven't had any recent pictures together.

I got a Sat-Nav unit, which after a good poke seems full of features. I've not driven with it yet because I've been drinking.

My sister and I got a DAB radio each from my Gran and Aunt. I was surprised at the sound quality. I knew it was going to be crystal clear but I wasn't expecting such a "full" sound from a small speaker. My old radio sounds really tinny. It's got an alarm as well, so out goes my old clock radio.

I got a book about public toilets of Britain. I always get a novelty book from my dad. Last year it was a book of Britain's caravans from the same series. The year before was Crap Towns, and Crap Cars. A book by Richard Hammond about cars... cool or uncool or something. Or maybe the cool/uncool one was last year. Some magazines.

I got a bottle of Rosey Nosey beer from dad. I could tell which ones were from dad because the paper was scrunched onto the gift and held on with electrical insulating tape.

I'm sure there were a few other small items. Lots of chocolate, of course. And money from my Gran. I saw mum get a cheque from my Gran, I didn't see how much but it definitely shocked mum.

Overall a good Christmas, which makes a change. Cheesy

I had an amazing haul this Christmas and was expecting no were near as much as what I received, my girlfriend bought me a Nintendo Wii with Zelda and Wii Play (with a free wii Remote - my arse). My brother got me Pro Evo 6 on  PS2 and my sister in law bought me Canis Canem Edit (Bully). I received other bits and pieces such as clothes and books, but compared to what I've received over the past four or five years it totally kicks arse.

My giving wasn't too great this year due to my house still continually taking up the vast majority of my finances but I bought Vicky a Sony MP3 player and some CDs. I got my Dad a signed book off Hugh Fearnley-Whitingstall (Im sure only people in Britain know who he is), my Mum some jewelry holder or something along those lines.

I bought my brother some new clothes along with my neice and that was about it really.

Overall a good day and a good Christmas in general. Hopefully everyone else did too.

I gave my wife a digital camera, a MP3 player and a memory card for each.  I gave my parent and her parents $150 each (owe each about $500 from when I broke my ankle and couldn't go to work).
My wife bought me some clothes and she told me to buy myself some games.  My mom gave me a DVD bookcase to hold my games and a LED flashlight for work.  But what really rocked was I got $1200 in Christmas bonuses from work, that is almost what I make in a month!!!
