Now, when you say your wife was driving a van, do you mean one of these?

It was a 2000 Grand Caravan, something like this

I haven't seen the van yet but I heard there is a picture this morning in the local paper.  I am going out shortly to see it and get some stuff out of it so I may take some photos that I can share.  I have to pickup the paper and see how it looked at the scene.

That's not a caravan, that's a people carrier.

This is a caravan:

Strange how many things are known differently, especially when we have so much US culture over here.

Just saw the van, the front end is not as bad I was thought but the back end is pretty messed up.  I couldn't get good photos of the front because it was up against a fence but here's the rear end.

I was glad it didn't snow here last night because everything inside would have been ruined.  Oh well off the call the insurance company and then I have to go to the police station for a copy of the accident report.

Shocked Nice, but does it have room for the kid's car seats?  I wonder what kind of gas mileage it gets in the city.

Crappy but you would save time by never being stuck in traffic.

its a basted when its not your fault in any crash but so long as you ain't dead nothing else matters.

As for knowing what a van is, what is called a people carrier (MPV) in England is called a Minivan in America they do have Vans too you must have seen the A-Team!! Smiley
