Now here is some customer service: http://www.nintendojo.com.../view_item.php?1171852195.  The article consists of a young lady who needed her Wii serviced and got great service from Nintendo.  She took her system in directly to Nintendo HQ and got a new Wii and everything transferred within 25 minutes.  Let's see Sony and Microsoft do this!  You truly must read this.

T_T Freaking gutter-minded people. I thought it was a fantastic tale of wonder, tragedy and rescue. Not enough cliffhangers, though.

Holy shit. It never crossed my mind until you posted it.  Funny, though.

Here's something from the other end of the scale.

A friend of mine who had a copy of Twilight Princess for the Wii sent his disc back to Nintendo because it had some sort of disc defect film over an area of it. Instead of giving him a new copy they used what he figures must have been some sort of game doctor on it. It scratched it all to hell, looks absolutely terrible. EB wouldn't even touch a disc like that. He's pretty pissed right now The Nintendo Rap trying to tell him it's fine and not to worry that's it's not a big deal.
