Wikipedia says that this game was originally released in arcades and was later to a number of consoles. Searching the internet, I have found images of the Famicom version, but it doesn't look the same as yours, as it is a black, standard-size Famicom cart.
I can't say without seeing the back of the cartridge to be able to say if it is a legitimate or pirated NES release. The NES was also released in some countries, under license to other companies, such as Hundai for Korean releases. These NES releases are fairly rare in the Western world. Pirate cartridges are also rare, but have no demand or value to most collectors.
Policy is that we don't accept pirated software releases for the database (not to be confused with unlicensed software, such as Tengen); however, you can always add anything to your collection. I would recommend adding the Famicom version of
Antarctic Adventures to your collection as a placeholder.
