I'm looking to sell my Mega Man 9 press kit and I wanted to put it up here before I try anywhere else.

If you don't know what this is this press kit was a CD given out to members of the media to build hype for Mega Man 9. The CD had images, data and music from the game on it. What makes this item kinda awesome however is that the CD came in a mock Mega Man 9 NES Cart, and then the cart came in a seal cardboard NES game box. The box is complete with goofy art, a fake $9.99 price sticker (I wish I only spent $10 on this Tongue), and over romanticized description of the game on back. Only around 200 were made.

My personal copy, like many others, has a few holes in the wrapping but has never been opened. There's one rip along the bottom wrapping and a hole on the front.  It comes from a non-smoking house and has rarely been handled by me. Would love to find someone who will cherish more then I do. PM me any (serious)offers or questions you might have. If I receive nothing by Sunday night/ Monday morning I'll probably take it off here and try my luck somewhere else.

Thanks for looking everybody!

Forgive my ignorance; is this just a soundtrack or was the game put onto an actual NES cart?  Cause that would be awesome.

There's no game on it unfortunately, I don't even think the whole soundtrack is on there but I've never seen a file list of what actually come on the CD. In the long run it's just a rare collectible for Mega Man fanatics.

Glad to see you giving it a shot over here first. Wish I could justify the cost of one right now. Good luck with the sale!

will you ship to canada?

also, would you consider a BIN? Getting kind of annoyed with ebay auctions, as too often am I losing auctions within the last 30seconds of the auction.

It started out with a BIN offer, but as soon as the first buyer placed a bid BIN is no longer an option. At this point I'm obligated to let the auction run it's course.

Ebay snipers can get a little annoying, all I can say is to beat them at there own game. If you won the auction I'd gladly ship to Canada.
