As you guys may or may not be aware of but we got some snow in WI overnight and it didn't seem to bad.  Well I live 45 minutes away from work and have to take the I to get there.  Well as I was driving more and more on the I, I said to myself this is worse than I thought.  I should have called in.  Well about 10 minutes later I slid into the guard rail.  The car got a dent and the paint came off in several places.  Now after work I get to take the car in to see how much to fix and with it being paint damage I'm sure it will be a bit expensive.  God this sucks.  More money I have to shell out.  Wish I didn't have them school loans, either. Yea, I guess so.  I'll take the car in for an estimate tonight and see how much it costs.  I just remembered there is chat tonight.

Yeowch! Sorry to hear about that.

I'm in IL, right on the IL/WI border. We got about 6 inches total so far around here, but it's still snowing as we speak. I f'ing hate winter. Lots of cars in ditches on my way home. Sometimes you just can't avoid it.

Snow? What's that, we lots of rain, enough to flood the river by my house pretty badly.

Anyways, sorry to hear about that, Chris, thank god you are okay though.

We just got as little snow and a bunch of freezing rain. That entire front just skimmed KC and everyone South got it instead. There was a nice diagonal line from Oklahoma to Chicago that just missed us.

Wet and muddy is not good.
It's not even cold.
