Crackdown earns 7 nominations for Develop Awards

The awards ceremony takes place July 25.

I currently have Crackdown on the way to my house, and can't wait to play it. I've played it a little over at tynstar's house, and enjoy to open gameplay.

Anybody else have any thoughts about Crackdown?

Crackdown is awesome! I considered buying it originally because I heard it was a good game, but when it additionally provided access to the Halo 3 Beta that made it a no-brainer.

I played it off and on prior to the H3Beta, and got through maybe a third of it. It's one of those games where when you start to play it, you just can't stop...

I haven't downloaded the new premium content (I did download the free update, though), and am looking forward to playing it some more now that the H3Beta is over.

An excellent and underrated game!

Rick as soon as you get it we need to play. Phoenix we need to play.

I am not a fan of GTA at all but I find this game a hell of a lot of fun. I love climbing buildings and jumping from building to building. I like seeing so place on teh screen and saying "I want to get there" and then trying to get to that point. Driving around is a lot of fun as well. It has a great targeting system.

I will be flying around in the SUV. Keep in mind Rick you need to get the driving skill up before you can destroy stuff with ease.
