Problems with check list's

I have stumbled on to two problems
first one with IE and changing regions on the check list

and the second one with Firefox when viewing the PS2 (viewing friendly) list

I fixed the problem with viewing friendly lists.

As for the IE problem, we've tried reproducing the issue in both IE6 and IE7, and neither had a javascript error. That said, our site uses ajax requests, so you need to be using a version of IE that does ajax requests.
