The JAP Tales of Symphonia GC's color is called "Symphonic Green" and it comes with a GBP and controller of the same color. It also includes a ToS memory card and the GC "jewel" has Lloyd on it. I think it also came with a special ToS disk too..

The US one is basically a Plat GC with a Lloyd jewel on it.

I was eyeing at the Japanese ToS GC for the longest time when it first came out on Yesasia... But alas, I didn't have $300 to blow at the time, and I didn't think there were that many games on GC that I wanted to play anyway... So I never bought it. -_- Now, I just eye it and wanted it... The US version only has Lloyd's face on the jewel, but I think someone also autographed it... At least Namco was giving one away that had an autograph... *shrug* US branches of these companies don't make enough limited edition things, I mean, in general... -_- Even though only hardcore gamers like us would spend a lot of money on "extra details" but I think they should seriously take these details into consideration. I personally am willing to spend extra money on extra little things that come with the game itself... -_- (My brother and I spent $90 on the Premium Edition of Growlanser the day instead of the regular copy for $50. Not that we would ever wear the necklace or the ring that came with the box, but that wasn't the point! The point was to get the Premium Edition!)

Nintendo's limited edition shit is a bit of overkill and is very hard to keep up with, but at least it gives people different options if the dont like the plan black box sitting under their tv....and it gives us collectors something to buy that is unique and different

It makes it really tough for me because i like to get Limited editions, Collectors Editions and other such editions.

Sometimes i purposely hold out on buying a system just so i can get them.
