What's a good arcade stick for use with MAME?

I'm probably going to invest in a nice arcade controller for fighting games. I have some crappy pelican PS2 garbage and I've been through some others. I want to get something really nice and durable. Anybody see anything cool out there? Suggestions?

I've seen the X-arcade sticks, and those look cool. I'm just not sure I want to shell out that kind of cash.

I just bought this Pelican "Real Arcade" stick today, and I plugged it in with my PSX to USB converter and it doesn't even work at all. So I guess that's out of the picture.
