Beating the Crappy games?

We've all played games that totally blow. Does anyone bother to finish them anyway?
I recently completed a really bad late release PS1 title called "Hugo: the Evil Mirror". It consisted mostly of hopping around and throwing things. The graphics were awful, very blocky polygons. Collision detection was poor, a lot of the walking through walls effect. The cut scenes made no sense and the audio was garbled. I finished it anyway. It wasn't to painful as it was not very challenging.
So let's hear about those bad games you've beaten.

If the game is that bad I don't play it long enough to even think about beating it.

I have beat games i didn't think were that bad but others said were disgustingly terrible.
Shaq Fu and the non-fighter Mortal Kombat games for example.

Rings of Power on the Mega Drive.
Although it's actually a superb RPG, the control system and sprite animation are utterly atrocious.  Me and my bro played it for weeks until completion when we were younger.

Sadly, I've beaten this game on all difficulty levels more times than I can count. It's horrible, and sometimes literally impossible to beat because of poor programming, but for some reason I loved it as a kid.... and still do in a nostalgic sort of way.

Another one for me is Wizkid on the Amiga/PC. The gameplay is really nothing special at all, but it's so bizarre you can't help playing to the end.

I have a horible disease which causes me to always check reviews and general opinion before even buying a game.
If I do buy a crap game, I'll play it a little, or perhaps replay the less crappy bits, but I don't always have the will to complete it.
Having said that, I've yet to complete some really good games. Mostly RPGs.

The Army Men series is one that's commonly thought of as crap too. I beat the first game Army Men 3D. I thought it was pretty good too.

I'm currently playing and will beat Yu Yu Hakusho: Spirit Detective for GBA. Graphically it's prolly the worst GBA game ever. It's packed with missions that are nothing more than busy work after busy work and are so easy my cat could play it. For some strange reason I find this to be a fun way to kill some time though. I would have to say on the grand scale of things that the game is quite hardened and dark brown but for killing time it's a-ok. I'm halfway through it and I've played for a lil less than an hour thusfar...

I know that I've played a bad game or two all the way through. I think it's because I feel like I've spent money on this game and I'm gonna see it through top the end like it or not. I know I've played the shit out of Athena for the NES and I absolutley abhorr that game.

I'm getting pretty pissed off at Tomb Raider 3. This antarctica level really sucks. But I'm going to finish it anyway. I've had it for 6 years now and I'll be damned if I need more than 6 years to finish a game.

I got it at the TRU 70% off sale. I'll take a peek this weekend to see if they have more.
