Whoah, hold on, wait a minute! You guys actually opened up your Sonic Mania soundtrack LPs, and...

...PLAYED THEM?! LIKE, ON A RECORD PLAYER?!?!  Shocked

*SNIFF* I'm so... *SOB*... proud of you both!  freakboy

A few of the contributors to the Toy Scores thread could learn a thing or two from y'all. (And you KNOW who you are!)

ANYway, time to show off my most recent vidya grabs:

You can bet I do Zagnorch Grin
I use an old Sansui SR-525 turntable (Manufactured in Tokyo between 1976-1978) that my father imported from Japan complete with Preamp, Amplifier and 2 big speakers when he was young Smiley
The only thing I did after packing it out after some 20 years of storage was to replace the Cartridge/Needle and recalibrate it.

Here is a picture of my turntable with the Velocity 2X Soundtrack.

@Zag

Sadly my record player is just an old-reliable cheapo because I don't have room for the external speakers and amps on a nice one, but I did still give it some love in my unboxing video:

@Zag. I open and play ALL of my records.

As for toys, I have a zillion vintage toys, out of package, and on display. No room to display new stuff, so a lot stays in package.

Sorry, no, I haven't played it. My PSP has a faulty power switch and after an attempted (and failed) repair, there's a stuck blue pixel on the screen.
Looks fun though!

I feel your pain, mine has the membrain thing the control buttons (X, Sqaure, Circle, Ect) go bad and I'm of commission until the new circuit pad I ordered of Ebay to hopefully fix it comes through.

I haven't posted any pickups in this thread for a while, but I'm going to try to post here more often.  I'm really excited about one of my latest acquisitions and can't resist sharing it:

I've never owned a TurboGrafx or PC Engine console and don't have much experience playing the games, but I'm loving Rondo of Blood (only game I own for it right now).  I'm already in the process of hunting down more games for the system.

Awesome grab! Rondo of Blood really is one of the best Castlevania games out there. Enjoy the crap out of it
