I'm back, if anyone actually noticed I'd been MIA for the last week.

I've had the worlds shittest week at work. Four people have been poached for another company and I got tapped up as well. I've had a lot of crap to sort out but hopefully things should return to normal now.

I just found a major optimization for mySQL code that we are running. We'll have to put that in the next release of our search scripts, and for some reason I doubt it will noticably improve the operation of site overall, though in theory it should optimize searches by Title, Variation Title, or Alternate Title (yeah, that last field is in the next release).

Jesus, you guys need to go read some fantasy novels or something.

What I was trying to get across was, and it still is, that it's fucking cold enough to make you feel like laying down and dying as you walk the hundred and fifty yards from my car to the library. I wasn't trying to make a algebraic statement or anything of the like. I had just come through a frozen hell and it was earlier than a person should be legally allowed to be awake.
