Only if you search their refurb section can you find XP.

Maybe on laptops too but as much as one would be useful for me i feel dirty just thinking about it...

They certainly do offer XP still.  But it is only on "small business" computers.

Not if your grandma just needs a PC for email. The special Dell or Gateway has for 300-400 with an LCD is hard to beat.

I got the crap dell PC a few years back and juiced it up a bit. It's not a bad machine, just lacks an AGP or PCI-E slot...so I'm screwed on games with 2.0 or better pixel shading.
