interview is this coming tuesday at 4pm

a person i know that has an interview on friday asked about the position being paid via email and the woman responded that it was a paid internship, but she did not mention how much

another friend, who didnt get an internship, asked our advisor about forms that ask you to put a desired salary / pay .... our advisor said for I/O psych. internships, he recommends putting $15 - $20 / hour as an answer to that question, so who knows.....

i just hope i get accepted......the organization and its culture looks very great.....

well, i've looked at all sorts of interview websites and practice questions, and i feel that i can answer most questions she might throw at me....the only 2 questions that I am worried about, if asked are:

What are your most significant accomplishments?

What are your worst failures?


any advice on these 2 bastard questions???

UPDATE:

I didn't get the spot at organization # 1.

I did get an interview at organization # 2.

Went to org. 2 interview....did awesome.

Got a call less than 24 hours later.....I have a second interview at org. 2 with the 1st interviewers boss....

My cousin and her husband have worked at org. 2 for 7 + years and feel that this interview may be an offer of an internship.

The interview is tomorrow at 4pm, so, I am crossing my fingers.....(plus, if i get it, money will be in surplus)....

I GOT IT!

I had the interview at 4 pm today....left at 4:25 pm after talking to 3 people.  They called me at 4:50 and verbally offered me the internship.

I just have to fill out some paper work and I start on 3/12/07.
