Anyone watch the G4 Summer Preview 1 hour special?

From what they showed, Bioshock looks absolutely incredible!

That plus Mass Effect are the 2 games I'm most looking forward to playing. I would've also liked some info on All-Pro Football 2K8, but they didn't mention any sports games.

This summer seems to have a lot of good games coming our way for a change. Most of which look likely to hit around late July/ early August, though...

What new titles is everyone lookng forward to playing this summer?

X-Play reviews games and it's on almost every day. New episodes I think 2x/wk.

Sigh...G4 was cool for awhile, all gaming all the time with a smattering of awesome TV shows.

Slowly it changed, more and more there were the old TV shows. More and more there were repeats. MORE AND MORE IT STARTED TO SUCK!

and now it does.

The only thing worth watching on G4 is Arrested Development.

Is it just me, or did most of the stuff seem to be for the 360.  Anyways, some pretty good looking stuff.  Bioshock, Darkness, Mass Effect, and that John Woo game... just to name a few.

It's well known that G4 has a 360 bias.

What all shows are on G4 that are actualy about games these days?  I know they still have X-Play, but what else is left?  What happened to the rest of the programing that was gaming related?  I havent watched it in about 2 years.  I figure I'm not missing much as the last I saw, most of the better programing they had was long done with.  I liked Icons a bit, specialy when they showcased many of the founders in console and PC gaming.

@Fuyu, the only other gaming news related show that I know of is Attack of the Show. It covers a lot of entertainment-related topics, but always include something on gaming. That and X-Play are the only 2 shows that I know of on G4.

That's because most of the games coming out this summer are xbox 360 exclusive games. And those that are multiplatform also happen to be on the 360. The only PS3-exclusive mentioned was Lair from what I remember. PS3 just isn't releasing many new games this summer.

And they didn't review any sports games at all. Many of which come out in the summer months.

It's well known that G4 has a 360 bias.

It's not about G4 having a 360 bias, they're just reporting what they know based on the release information provided to them for the new games. If PS3 wanted more coverage, why didn't they just release more original games this summer for its console?

The only games related programming on G4 is X-Play (game reviews), Attack of the Show (tech/industry news), Cinematech (trailers, fanmade music videos, and I dunno what), and Cheat! (tips & tricks, spoilers galore).

The rest of their stuff seems to be syndicated or imported, with the exception of a few specialty shows or movies that are rarely on.

I used to love that channel and Tech TV until they merged and ruined all there programming and all the good shows went off the air.  G4 TV I loved and the show with Victor and Tommy Talarico.  Martin was awesome, too.  I hate G4 now.  They don't even having gaming related programs on any more!  It's pretty much all non-video game related programming!!!
