As I don't generally keep games in systems, only my N64 has Mario Party 2 in it and my Gamecube has Tony Hawk's Underground 2 in it. My SNES had The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang in it recently. I can't even remember what the last game in my other systems was.

XBOX 360: Gears of War. I didn't like this when I bought it at first, but after some co-op multiplayer with my brother I'm starting to enjoy it.
Playstation 2: Tony Hawk 3.

The next 5 have been in there for forever, because I haven't played them for ages. All other systems (Playstation, PC, Jaguar and Dreamcast) are empty.
Master System: New Zealand Story
Mega Drive: Sonic Compilation
Game Boy Color: Tetris DX
Game Boy Advance: Tekken
Neo Geo Pocket Color: Sonic
N-gage: Some card with some games I downloaded.

In the DOS/Win98 machine:
Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II

In the Windows XP machine:
SimCity 4 with Rush Hour
Diablo II
Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance

In the Atari 5200:
Pac-Man

In the Nintendo:
Nothing Sad

In the Saturn:
Tetris Plus

In the Playstation2:
Madden '05?

For Diablo II I play with a mounted rip so it's only virtually loaded. Lately I've been playing some hardcore ladder on B.net East and I hate swapping discs, plus there's less load time with ISOs in the game between acts and with voices/animations.

I'm not sure what Madden game is on the PS2 at the moment because my brother switches between it and some racing game. Whenever I'm down there, lately I've been playing Taito Legends 1 & 2.
