Yeah, maybe I'll keep holding out. Although it seems like I can get the entire collection of Game.com games for less than the price of a Jaguar CD.

So the rest of you never get the urge to get lousy old systems that you know will probably suck? I thought that's what this place was all about!

I do! Look at my collection: Sega 32X AND a Virtual Boy. I would still have a Game.com too if my cat hadn't broken it.  laugh

You can't compare the game.com to the Sega 32X! The Sega 32X had awesome games like Virtua Racing and Virtua fighter, several better-than-mediocre games, like darxide, knuckles chaotix, Star Wars, Kolibri and metalhead and also the pretty good arcade ports After Burner and Space Harrier.

The game.com, on the other hand, has absolutely no games whatsoever that are worth playing. They don't even have 'haha, that game is so awful' value.

I got one several years ago for the same reasons you want one and I regret it to this day. I've never had a worse gaming system.

I dunno... The game.com really... REALLY sucks. And arr, you're right. You can't compare a 32X and a game.com. Not even in the same league as each other.

You guys are too influential.  First Pier Solar, then the game.com... Tongue

I got three game.com games from ebay (Fighters Megamix, Williams Arcade Classics, and Indy 500) in a lot.  They came out to like $3.50 and they were brand new, so, it wasn't too expensive.

Anyway, heres the url for those who wish to buy these amazing Smiley games

It has Fighters Megamix? It can't be all that bad then.

Try to imagine it in B&W, running incredibly slow. Like, really, really laggy.

I have a feeling that you guys are about the only people in the world that would understand my desire to get a Game.com. There are only about 20 games for it and they seem very bland at best. It's also quite ugly and has a lousy screen. In spite of this though I feel that I would be  a good addition to my collection. They're inexpensive and have no rare games. I may get one even before I get a replacement NGPG. I just thought I'd tell you guys because I know you would understand.

I understand. I bought one just so I would have another system in my collection.

I got one at the flea market for $5. It was next to some Culture Club records. I'm enjoying those a hell of a lot more than the game.com.

I also bought one.  All Things considered the best game for it was the pack in game.  I never did beat Lights Out though.

Welcome to the RF Gen forums Mr. Huh.
Hope you enjoy your stay.
After reading everything that has been said, I don't think I would even accept it as a gift.
