What are my options for headsets?
What is the approx price for one?

And what specifically makes the Halo2 headset a pain to use?

The halo 2 headset I dont think comes with the adapter, and the best one out right now would probably be the nyko wireless headset, or the microsoft xbox live headset. The wireless is 50 bucks, and the other is 30.

For 50 bucks i would get the Halo 2 one instead of a wireless one.

If you have the Communicator already then go to Radio Shack and try out different headsets. $9.99 and up is the price range.

If you don't have the Communicator the the official Microsoft head set kit with the Communicator is $29.99

Communicator is the thing that plugs into the controller and the head set then hooks into that.

So is the Communicator even capable of doing anything alone?
