I'd personally keep it around unless I needed the money. My wife, on the other hand, wouldn't hesitate to sell it...

I'd keep it. There's no reason to sell games like that and there might be a chance you'd want to buy it again in a few years time, at which point prices for this game could already double.
Some people always seem to sell and re-buy games a few years later, and it always ends up being much more expensive than just keeping your games.

I would keep it, but it also depends what system it is for. IF it was a Neo Geo cart I would sell it. If it was a Atari 2600 game I would keep it.

To me a CIB collection of 2600 games is more impressive then a CIB NES collection. The 2600 was also my first video game system.
