"Promo Only" games

I will be adding a couple of submission forms for PAL PS2 promos.  These are full-game copies used for review (and display?) purposes.  Here are photos as proof:

Capcom vs SNK 2: Mark of the Millenium.  Disc comes with standard blue-on-silver plain text, and inlay folds out for basic instructions.

Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga.  Have yet to find if this promo is meant to have a cover inlay, or be part of a more elaborate press kit.

Check out the eBay seller Hellomachine for more.
I've been eyeballing his auctions for MK promos. But when they come up for bid they per usual ALWAYS go for much less than a BIN.

He was decent to chat with too but I really don't buy the limited to 500 copies that seems to be floating around with all of these releases.
