Adding personal/social elements to collections?

Has there been any thought about adding personalization options to items in a collection?
Things like personal reviews, notes, play status, that sort of thing?

There's been thoughts about it in the past, especially when TraderJake was working on his Tracker tool, but that work was shelved and we've never revisited it. It hasn't been a heavily-requested feature since, but most of it was implemented and just not hooked up. If there's a large want for this from the community, I could look into hooking up the rest of it.

Oooh, interesting! I'd love to see something like that, and I'll bet it'd do a lot to bring in new users, as well.
Ya know, I do UI and front end work, if you need a hand figuring out how the features would fit into the current layout, I'm down to help out.

I don't think too many people would be interested in this. I might turn it into a Facebook of gaming. I don't use Facebook and would loathe it becoming that. Besides people already use the blogs for reviews and such anyway.
