Is this NES Bundle worth $200?

NES Console, with hookups but only one controller (NES Advantage) and a GameGenie, Plus these games, now out of that list I already own (26) of the games and a console and gamegenie. However the 35 other games, and the NES Advantage, I do not own. I ran a search on all the games last night on eBay, and looked for the minimum price for each game (from completed auctions). I came up with that the 28 items I don't want, went for $156.35......and the 36 items I do want, went for $224.70. Keep in mind that I went off of Free Shipping auctions, just so I didnt have to take into account, those auctions where a game goes for $1 but has $6 shipping charges. The items with strikes, are ones I already have, and hope to resell on eBay to recoup some of the costs.

I'd say $200 is fair, but no giant steal. If you work at it a little you should be able to keep the items you want and flip the rest to recoup your costs. The issue is that many of these are very common, so you may need to sit on them for a while. If I were looking at this lot, my buy price would be $150.
