Is there a rule of thumb for too much extra media submitted for a game?

Some examples would be:

Skylanders - Individual pics for each skylander figure and scans of the printed material they came with (stat cards, stickers, etc.), plus books, posters, stickers, etc, etc, etc

Exertainment Bike - I've got a 50 page manual that I could scan each page of plus photo's of the item from various angles both inside and out.

Skylanders would be way over kill but cool. For the manual it would be nice to have it uploaded as a PDF.

We've kinda kept full manual scans out of the database in the past due to legal reasons, but I've seen plenty of sites (NintendoAge included) that have full scans. I'll have to look into that to see why we've excluded it.

There was at least 1 game on the site before that had full manual scans. Mark put up scans for some driving game on the Euro DC. They may have been removed in the years since.

But as you mentioned it has been avoided for potential legal reasons.

Castlevania Bloodlines had full scans as well in Extra Media.
EDIT: Correction - had. I was requested to remove them, but the database restore left the Extra Media links. Removed those.

I thought there was a Shenmue version with full manual scans. And neat custom thumnails, too, if I remember correctly.
