Since I'm not sure where to ask this, it's being asked here.

Today, I got a copy of Exhumed for the PS1. On the back, there's a ELSPA rating sticker on the case covering the ELSPA rating printed on the insert.
The version already in the database doesn't have this sticker.
The sticker on mine has:
3-10 with a cross next to it.
11-14 with a cross next to it.
15-17 with a tick next to it.
18+ with a cross next to it.
The ELSPA rating that the sticker is covering matches the one that the database has.

I have found another copy of this game on eBay that also has this sticker: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141769884706
Additionally, while looking for a match to mine, I came across this one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/371498849003
It has:
3-10 with a cross next to it.
11-14 with a cross next to it.
15-17 with a tick next to it.
18+ with a tick next to it.

The barcode on mine is 768964052823. That matches all of those versions.

ELSPA went through some rating revisions, including the tick marks for the lowest rating and higher, tick marks for only the applicable rating, and then only the rating itself on the box. If the sticker seems prevalent, you're welcome to add it in as a rating variation (we have quite a few for ESRB revisions), though please provide a picture so that it's easier to explain, or a detailed Trivia that we can add (though Trivia and pictures can't be added on the initial submission, which sucks).

I would add a picture, but I can't access the scanner... I also have a "preowned" sticker covering the barcode.
Should I add both variations? If yes, what should I make the variation titles? Would "Sticker rating revision" and "Printed rating revision" be ok?

Hmm... it doesn't looks like there's any difference, unless the stickered version came like that brand new. The box was originally printed with the wrong rating - the Saturn version got it right with 15+. The sticker was placed over to correct it, but I can't tell if it was actually printed with a correct rating later on, as I have a clearer picture of that box and I still can't tell if it's a sticker:

Interesting to note though is that both had Take 2 stickers on them, and Take 2 purchased BMG Interactive and re-released their stock. Feel free to submit as you wish, and we can always correct it at a later date if better information comes in.

I believe the one in the images you posted doesn't have an ELSPA sticker and the rating is instead printed on the insert.

This one on eBay shows the sticker clearly:

USK rates the game for 18+

Here, have a blurry phone pic of my sticker.

EDIT:
Exhumed[ELSPA 15-17 & 18+ rating] and Exhumed[ELSPA 15-17 rating sticker] now in queue.
Exhumed[ELSPA 15-17 & 18+ rating] might need a modification to mention Take 2.

Looks like the sticker was slapped on in store...

When i worked at GameCrazy we would sometimes get stickers mailed in and have to stick them on games.
Greatest Hits on PS2 titles for example.

Yeah, which is why I questioned it without knowing if it was done at factory or at store with stickers provided by the publisher or ELSPA. Some US titles had stickers placed at factory after the print run was completed but before they were distributed, so they were actually inside the shrink wrap.
