could y'all make it where, the tournament admin could force to the next round if someone doesn't show up to play there turn, or if you could set a lengh of time for each round (ex. 1 day, 1week per round).

The arcade is a forum addon, and unfortunately was not programmed by anyone on staff. Given that that the feature that you are requesting is not a stock option and the arcade code is complex unfortunately that will not be able to be enabled.
