If I actually saw someone drop some money I would tell them and give it to them. But if there was no one around it would be all mine. Unless it was a huge amount of money, in which case I would hand it in to the police.

I would pick up the money, inform the person that they dropped it.  And then request oral sex for its return.

if i had no idea who's money it was i would keep it,i remember when i worked at wal-mart and i was a cart pusher and i found a wallet with $500 in it. i took it to the service deck and called the guy up by looking at his id. when the guy got there he gave me $100 for returning the wallet.. it's all about karma

If it was someone who looks like $100 means a lot to them, I would return it.  But if it was some rich punk, I would keep it.

today my mom found $5 in the store and returned it to the service desk.  she came home and told us and my dad had a fit.  it was hilarious
