Outta The Blue ? Anyone ever hear of them?

I got this self titled album recently, but I never heard of the band before.  I searched everywhere and can't find a single trace of this band ever existing.  It's got a metal sound, but not real heavy. 

Anyone ever hear of this band before? The back of the jacket says "For 'Blue Crew' information write J.C.S. Management at: 12255 Carroll Dr., Chardon, Ohio 44024 USA"  So, I'm thinking it was garage band based in/near Chardon, OH that only released one album.  But I like their sound and would like to get more info on them.
