From what I can tell, this game was never actually released, and that the title was a working title. Should we remove it?

You should check your copy then. This game is documented as never being released. So you either have a prototype, a hack, or one of these three games:

Well, my thought is that it was 'owned' by people who had it confused with the released genesis game of the same name. Go figure.
