I made it to Chapter 22 last night. Story is picking up but the pathing for Zale's companions is wearing on my patience.

that annoyed me a few times too, especially when it's a small room and they block the door.

Can get annoying yeah, but at least you can hold block and flip over them.

That's what I was gonna say. I liked it because you could flip over them. Thats fun!!!

i meant in the city areas where you don't have battle controls like flipping over people Tongue

anyway i'm at chapter 23 now, already finished 24. the bosses can be difficult but not that bad, i feel like i've over-levelled my characters a bit. i usually do 3-5 summons whenever i see the circles, i haven't even done too much in the arena.

When everyone gets to the end we should see if we can't figure out a time that the whole lot of us can meet online for a few co-op and vs. matches.

I believe it was more like 39-40. Some of the chapters are short though as most of the end game is just jumping from boss to boss.

I think a massive co-op/versus match when we're all done or nearly done the game is a great idea. When roughly would you guys want to do this?

Remember there is 44 chapters and some optional. So can take a couple playthroughs. The past year played the game at least half a dozen times if not more. Dunno why but the game just sings with me. My fave RPG this gen

Finished the game. It did seem to go on and on and on towards the end, but the ending was good enough to justify the wait.  I enjoyed it a lot more than the latest Final Fantasy.

Is everyone finished the game? Today I played up to Chapter 29. It's really picked up and I'm having a blast with the story.

What levels are you guys? I'm hoping to do some online co-op with anyone whose interested.

I was level 68 or 69 when I finished the game. I had to return it to Gamefly so they ship Ni no Kuni in time.

I thought I was over powered and I ended at around level 63-64 for everyone.
