The first 50ish pages have been good so far. I expect it to be good reading all the way thru.

ah, the first book in Asimov's robot series. Lije Bailey and R. Daneel Olivaw. A Sci-Fi detective story. The series get's better with each book, Naked Sun, Robot's of Dawn, Robot's and Empire. Nice choice.

I'm reading the Redwall series.  I know, I know, it's a kids' series, but the stories are really good and Brian Jacques' writing style is awesome.

I read this book i forgot i found ata a tag sale a few years ago.
Video Fever.

It was definately meant for kids and written in the early 1980s late 1970s.

Kid has a Atari like system plays a game called Zorn can't beat level 4. Hates his female cousin for messing with his game. She later gets sucked into the game. They also get sucked in. Go thru the game. Kid finally beats level 4. Story ends.
It was a little more indepth than that but more or less you just read the book.

It was interesting to get the perspective from 20+ years ago.

Also have about 50 more pages in Da Vinci Code. Should finish it up in a night or 2 of night reading.

EDIT
Finished the Da Vinci Code about 2 hours ago.
It was a damn good book all the way to the end.

Going to look into a book called Honor Among Thieves.
Written awhile ago it is set back when Saddam was still a dictator. The gist of it is he somehow gets a hold of the original copy of the Declaration of Independace and s going to burn it in downtown Baghdad but the US hires a thief of some sort he makes a duplicate and switches it out. But to kknow the diff between the original and dupe he fixes 2 grammer mistakes on the fake. The one i remember getting fixed is Brittish.

And another one by Asimov Land of the Iron Tanks i believe it was called. I really like that genre of books but have not read anything Asimov has written yet.

still working on Magician: Apprentice by Feist. it's starting to get quite good.

the Hawke book is getting quite ridiculus. the story is okay but the main character HAwke is way too perfect. he's an expert at everything and all the chicks dig him. no flaws.

I finished the Magician:Apprentice by Raymond E. Feist, it was very good. I also finished the 2nd book in the Riftwar Sage called Magician: Master. That one was outstanding. Currently I'm about 100 pages into the 3rd book in the series called Silverthorn and it's shaping up quite well. There is one more in this series called A Darkness at Sethanon.

Feist has several other books based on the same location and characters. It's fantasy so it's a bit like Lord of the Rings but obviously with a more modern writing style. I'm looking forward to reading many more by this author.

I'M StarWars Shadows of the Empire.  I got the book (Hardcover) for $1.00 at our Church Fair.  It isn't the best Star Wars book, but it is a good read.

The infancy of Nazism, the memoirs of ex-gauleiter Alberg Krebs 1923-1933.

Because fiction is for children. Us grown ups read REAL books about the REAL world.
