The new Walkmen record - You & Me. It's fantastic.

Also really looking forward to some new Toadies material. They have been one of my favorite bands since the mid-90's. The new song they have on their MySpace - No Deliverance - is really, really good Smiley

Young Jeezy - Put On (feat. Kanye West)

I listened to it on YouTube. It's not bad, although there's much better hiphop than this. Atleast Young Jeezy makes in effort in trying to pretend he can rap. (Compared to let's say Soulja Boy who just repeats the same 3 words over and over and acts like he can rap)

Although I like video, something really bothers me about clips like this. Especially at the beginning, you just see people sitting/hanging around, doing nothing. I hate how this sort of behaviour is being popularised. They should be working instead of hanging around in the "hood" pretending to be gangsters.

PS: I'm not criticizing you Wink

I'm listening to a new CD I got in the mail today: View-Monster by Lemon Demon.  I've been a massive fan of Lemon Demon (popularly known for such songs as The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny) for a few years now, and a new album is enough to boost my day from "suck" to "w00t!!"

It's really good stuff.  Really good stuff.  Pretty much sums up why indie music is some of the best music out there.
