I've been listening to practically nothing but BLS for almost 3 months.

Another local bluegrass group. The bass is made from the gas tank of a 1976 Mercury.

Threw in my Pipe CD on the commute to work this morning. Windows down, one hand on the wheel and the other on my metal coffee thermos. Full blast.

Then some Sufjan Stevens to "cool down" before walking into the office.

That's a damn good album Shawn. I was big into Stereolab in college.

I'm not the kind of person who has a lot of go-to albums for relaxation, but that is one of them. So pleasant.

Been revisiting this a lot lately. Just a solid album:

We listen to that at work a ton. Great stuff.

I've been listening to a lot of newer style pop-punk lately:

I'm really into this type of music right now. If anyone has any recommendations in this vein I'd love to hear more. Looking for stuff that isn't too slick or over-produced.

Found myself in the mood for some funky feel-good 70's soul jams:

Gotta love the duds...
