Klaymen's Theme by Terry Scott Taylor. It's from a game called The Neverhood. That game is possibly the greatest game ever, and it DEFINTELY has the best soundtrack in a video game. Nothing comes even close to being as good as The Neverhood's soundtrack (with one exception: Thrasher Skate And Destroy).
