Well I got to watch from the Taylor Southgate bridge. It was pretty sweet. We were about 20 feet away from some of the launchers and a lot closer to the fireworks going off than i've ever been outside of my backyard.

But the coolest part was standing above half a million people and going: "Nananananana I'm a V.I.P and you aren't!"

That does sound cool. We were on the public landing really close to the aformentioned bridge (Good for knowing the name of the bridge). It was such an awesome show. The Harrier was also really cool.

We were hoping that the Harrier would have used its guns to destroy the Northern Kentucky Water District on top of a hill in Ft. Thomas, but it didn't happen. Alas, that was depressing. But the fact that it hovered right in front of us twice was cool as well.

And apparently someone fell to his death yesterday from the 25th story of One Lytle Place (the big condo tower on the riverfront). That really sucks.

That too, would have been cool, but I think it would have been much cooler to see the water tower explode.
