Important Announcement
We regret to announce, that due to a potential lawsuit with ESPN over trademark infringement of their X-Games property, Entertainment Software Promotions must immediately cease and desist with the VGames and all related operations.
From the start, we have been optimistic about creating a system of national video game tournaments where gamers can compete head-to-head. All of our efforts have been to this end, however this recent development has made a tough job next to impossible.
No one is more sorry to see this come to an end than we are. We are in the process of dissolving the corporation and liquidating our assets in order to pay our creditors.
For those of you who participated in the VGames we truly appreciate your enthusiasm and support. If you registered for a VGames event that has not taken place we will make every effort to refund your money. We understand that this will come as a disappointment to you, however we do ask for your understanding and patience in this matter.
