ZOMFG he's holding a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition... my favorite!   Cheesy

I think he's wearing a calculator watch, too. Dude's keepin' it real.

BTW if you're suffering from calculator overdose now, wait 'til you see my next batch of scores...  Wink

It's good to have a friend who's looking out for stuff you might be interested in, you know?  beer

Now I hafta hunt down all the C64 games I played as a kid. Sadly, almost all of the "game" software that came with the lot is edjamacational stuff.  Sad Fortunately, my hunt list isn't too long...

Managed to grow my collection over a couple days:

Friday:

All from Game Quest, except for Batman:AC. Grabbed that while I was doing some grocery shopping at Walmart. The CIB Brain Lord was a scrap that Crabby threw me, after I was mercilessly robbed of some great CIB and loose SNES games, due to my work schedule. Win some, lose some.

Saturday:

Again, all from Game Quest, except for the Pandora's Tower. Picked that one up from a Game Stop.

Ladies and gents, I hit the jackpot. I stopped by a garage sale by chance and picked all this up for 29 bucks. I don't expect you to believe me but I don't care. Smiley
And yes that's Dracula x. I'm still sweating cold.

Flee won Garage Sale Season 2014. I won't even try to outdo that. Congratulations, my friend.

Hey, remember me?! First flea of the season and I scored some big box PC games.  I was only gonna grab 4 or 5 but the guy let me have them all for $10

Bunch of great games in here but my favorite is The Last Express.  Great mystery adventure game by Jordan Mechner.

Congrats on the fabo pickup, Uncle Norch.  Looks like you got that C64 directly from 1983.  And the extras...  wow.  Seriously though, I'll be drooling over that C64 pickup for months.

For your production efforts I would like to present you with the highest honor I am legally allowed to bestow on an individual:

Enjoy it.  You earned it, bud.

Flee: Just nuts. Much respect on the flea market skills.

'Norch: Thanks for keeping those eyes peeled for a Miracle pedal. Where on earth have all of these things gone??? Fantastic grab on that C64 lot. I had one as a kid (my 2nd computer) and remember spending hours typing in pages of BASIC code just to play garbage games. Those were the days...

Wait a minute, how do you have money? Didn't you just have a kid? Very suspicious.

Looks like a call to the franchise tax board is in order.

BTW is that Silent Steel a PC game?

I'll be spending those same months going through all the floppy disks that came with the thing.

BTW the lot also included a 64C keyboard unit. So I actually have two of the freakin' things!

I couldn't have done it without my friend out on the hunt himself. Dude deserves a big chunk of the credit for knowing what I like.

So here's my attempt to one-up you guys.  Unfortunately I had to pay basically retail price for this sucker, but I flipped a bunch of goodies on ebay in the last month so my wallet didn't really feel the pain.  My Mega Man set is finally complete.

I haven't really had many Video Game Scores lately, as I'm waiting for my Birthday to buy something big. In the meantime, I got a bunch of Laserdiscs for 1 Dollar each. It would take too much space to post all the pictures, so I'll just list them:

Panasonic Letterboxed Demonstration Disc
Star Trek: TNG Episodes 67 & 68 (One Disc)
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Batman Forever
Die Hard
Dragonheart
Top Gun
Ace Ventura Pet Detective
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Hackers
The Terminator
The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert
Home Alone 2
