If you've been in the gaming diary lately you know I'm obsessed with this game. Even though I bought the GOTY strategy guide a few weeks ago, at about the same time I roped another coworker into chatting about the game. His response was "I tried that game, but the molerats scared the crap out of me. I even had the book, you want it?" Not knowing which book he meant I said yes, and ended up with this. Very, very nice.

Then there are some actual games! Legend of Heroes II, Eternal Poison, and Super Mario 3D Land (with intact CN code! Score!) were from 99Gamers. King's Field is from my old buddy Silver80 and Hatsune Miku Project Diva F 2nd is from Disposed Hero.

As I mentioned in the collecting goals thread, Eternal Poison puts me three titles away from the Atlus PS2 subset. I need Arcana Heart, Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land, and Dokapon Kingdom, if anyone's wondering  Wink.

Grabbed this stack of 20 magazines & strategy guides, sealed Blitzkrieg Anthology set, and Nerf Demolisher blaster for $10 all told.

Another stack of magazines and guides I grabbed for about $20.

Aaand finally, I turned to (mostly) eBay to expand my TRS-80 pocket computer setup:

I encounter quite a few 360 games that have some sort of special label or seal on them, like the EA Experience-sealed Battlefield 2 I showed off some time ago. You'll probably be happy to know-- but probably not surprised-- that the majority of the specially-labelled and sealed 360 games I find are put out by EA.

Normally I'm too cheap to pay $4.99 for a PC game, even a CIB one. But seeing as how it was a LucasArts title, I took the plunge. I only wished the sealed "Best of LucasArts" CD-ROM pack that I found at the same Goodwill store for $3.99 ran on PCs and not just Macs. Maybe I should've grabbed it anyway, as potential trade bait... hmmm...

As for the TRS 80 PC-1 pocket computer, which is actually a rebranded Sharp PC-1211: I'm still hunting for guides, program tapes and accessories. Definitely one of the cooler things I've come across at the thrifts. You know it must be something special if this fine gentleman was willing to sing its praises in print ads:

It's a shame he isn't around today to see how far pocket computers have come since the PC-1...

That's Cody - he changed his name a while back (pwpcody, I think).
I have a Panasonic HHC with printer at the house that I got for free with my TRS-80 CoCo 2. I love old PCs, and the Tandy PCs have a special place in my heart. It also helps that I'm an Asimov fan.

Picked up a few things from Disk Replay. Glad to have the Sega Sports Dreamcast in my collection, mainly because it's my favorite color.

I was waiting for one last batch of stuff before I posted, but to hell with it! Here are my recent grabs:

So in the first pic, the amiibo's and the Vita game, were from EB games. The rest was from Game Quest:

Next up, all from Game Quest. NES boxes are just boxes. no games. Gameboy color game is Shadowgate classics:

Then I got a box in the mail last week:

Ohhh! A box from Japan! What could it be? open it up!

Hmmm. Still not revealing much....wait! is that a Famicom Disk System RAM adapter?Huh

It was! IT is! and FDS Metroid to make sure it works....

But thats not all I got from Japan:

Pretty stoked to get a CIB Fire Emblem. All of my import stuff came from a great NA seller named, Cheesemeister.

Last but not least, is a couple scores I got from Crabmaster/Game Quest:

The Amiibos were from Walmart
