Read today that a few movies have been in the works lately, and I hadn't heard rumors before about these.

Zoolander 2

Professor X's New X-MEN: APOCALYPSE

Mission Impossible 5

Finding Dory (Sequel to Finding Nemo)

Supreme (Superman Alternate) "Supreme started in the early 1990s as an alternate version of Superman who was more Dirty Harry than Boy Scout"

Another Underworld movie

Ben-Hur Reboot (Morgan Freeman is confirmed, Tom Hiddleston might be joining)

The Homesman (Another Tommy Lee Jones western)

Rant (James Franco movie about a serial killer)

What do you guys think?

The wheel of time would be sweet, but I doubt that it would get the same following as HP or tLotR did for repeat sequels.

It would need to be Game of Thrones times 10.

i agree tv series would be the best way to go, otherwise they would have to cut so much for each movie or split each book into multiple movies.

I have similar feelings. I haven't seen a lot of the original movies from the sequels listed here. Never seen a Mission Impossible movie, nor Zoolander, and I have only seen the first underworld movie.

Zoolander 2- I own and like the first one

Professor X's New X-MEN: APOCALYPSE- En Sabbah Nur! Bring it.

Mission Impossible 5- Should probably watch the last two at some point.

Finding Dory (Sequel to Finding Nemo)- No interest

Supreme (Superman Alternate) "Supreme started in the early 1990s as an alternate version of Superman who was more Dirty Harry than Boy Scout"- I think I have a copy of that lying around somewhere. What next? a Shadowhawk movie?

Another Underworld movie- No interest

Ben-Hur Reboot (Morgan Freeman is confirmed, Tom Hiddleston might be joining)- Seriously? a remake? unnecessary.

The Homesman (Another Tommy Lee Jones western)- I will watch it. Eventually.

Rant (James Franco movie about a serial killer)- Not much interest

Twins Peaks is getting a 9 episode reboot on Showtime. The original creators and writers have confirmed it will be a reboot, but will continue the very same storylines and character development they were not allowed to when the show was cancelled after only its second season. #Damngoodcoffee

Also, for those of you not yet aware. Amazon will be rebooting the Tick. Patrick Warburton is confirmed to reprise his role as the Tick, but no word yet on other possibly returning actors. The creators and writers have advised will be rebooting with a new, and darker look at the story.

Twice that question was asked at my posting of this news, and twice I should have probably specified. ha ha.

It is the Live-action version that is getting more episodes.
