Must have put about six hours into Fallout 3 yesterday. Finally got over that initial "Bethesda Hump" and am feeling like I'm on a good track in the game. I'm enjoying this way more than Oblivion. I love Three Dog and all the other stuff that adds context to the fiction. Immersion, baby!

I also had to get over that 'hump' before I really started to enjoy Fallout 3.  For me it wasn't until shortly after I left Megaton for the first time that I really got into it.  Great game once you find your groove with it.

Pretty much having the same experience with Watch Dogs.  I really wasn't feeling this game at first, so that combined with a few frustrating missions almost made me put the game back on the shelf.  But I stuck with it and am enjoying it much more now.  I'm still just going straight from one story mission to another just to finish the campaign, which is odd behavior for me since I usually do a lot of the side content in open world games.

I'm probably going to start up Link Between Worlds soon since I just finished A Link to the Past.  I also want to start up one of those SNES repros I just picked up, but I'm not sure which one yet Bahamut Lagoon.

I feel like I am in a gaming rut. I've been playing more Civilization Revolution and Risk: Factions.

I've been playing a lot of Hyperstone Heist on the Genesis for the last week. I have made it to the boss gauntlet but am having trouble beating Tatsu in that part due to low remaining life and being unable to figure out his pattern. I hope to beat it this week.

I will also be starting A Link to the Past for the community playthrough this week. I hope to finally play this game through to the end.

Looks like my job might end up being closed tomorrow for the snowpocolypse. If that happens I predict I will be playing Fallout 3 and Link to the Past from the time I get home tonight until my eyes start bleeding. What a great pair of games to be into for a snow day!
