I also dislike the fact that the guy is cashing in on the ignorant buyers, but it's still their own fault...they should read the description better.  I mean it's pretty clear from that description that you're not getting an Ipod...I pity the buyers Wink

I HATE sellers like that. But it is the bidders fault.

I wouldn't say it's just the bidder's fault. Just look at the title of the auction. He's scamming gullible people out of their money.

I hate all the crap that floods eBay like this.

I really hate the shit that clogs up the wholesale forum. It's almost impossible to find
any proper stock, becuase of the garbage like this on every page.

that's why they tell you to read the fine print. I looked at his feedback and it seems he makes a habit of posting misleading auctions.

it does say "no ipod"... at the bottom. it's pretty clear he's banking on people not fully reading the description.

He has positive feedback because some people are more interested in getting information on how to get a cheap iPod than actually getting the iPod.

These things usually end up being something like calling the manufacturer and telling them you are considering carrying the product at your store and would like a sample for testing purposes. (That was a horrible sentnce, but who cares, this is the internet.)
