First picture is from probably my last trip to a local game store that is shutting down. They were running a 50% off sale and most of the good stuff was gone but I managed to find a few things I needed. Found some first party TG16 extension cables hiding behind some Xbox cables. Also grabbed some cheap Saturn games for the cases. Sad to see another independent shut down but I can understand the reasons behind it.

Second picture: had a coupon for Half Price Books and managed to find a few good games.

Last picture is a couple games my wife got me for my birthday Saturday.

Hey now yet again!

I lucked out on a stack of 5 (almost) CIB Intellivision games that set me back a little over $15 all told.

While Space Battle and Demon Attack are still sealed, Atlantis is missing the overlays.  Sad So, um, if anybody out there have some overlays to spare, drop me a line, willya? Thankies...

On the upside: I grabbed a Prima Super Smash Bros. for 3DS & Wii U strat for $2.

And topping things off game-wise is this former container of quiet mouthwash that I snapped up earlier today:

Get it?  Wink

And now, it's the most adorable little toy controller you've ever seen:

But I get the feeling that there's more to this mini marvel than meets the eye:

Until next time...

So I went to my brothers and unearthed several years of memories.  These are all original from back when we first got the Commodore 64 in the late 80's.

What you can't see in two of the boxes is the three cases of diskettes full of games.

$9 $7.65

That's the only game I wanted on the Xbox One, Rare Replay.

It's Infocom's only "Adult" game.  You can set the game to "Tame" or "Lewd".

So here is some more stuff I got from my brother.  This stuff made many milestones for me.

My first Colecovision system

That puts more over 200 Atari 2600 games

To my surprise I couldn't find these games to add to my collection on here.  When I tried to add them the system said they are already in the system.  Can someone find these games for me?  A search on the name comes back with nothing.

My first Arcadia games.

My first Atari 5200 system.

Whoah, wait, hold the phone...

They made a Fahrenheit 451 game for the C64? Now I've seen it all...

ANYway, Norv's overwhelming deluge of retro goodness has inspired me to show off this relatively meager batch of IntelliVision carts I nabbed for just under $34 a few days ago:

That's eighteen different games, including:

- Advanced Dungeons & Dragons

- B-17 Bomber

- Bomb Squad

- Bowling

- Frog Bog

- Frogger

- Las Vegas Poker & Blackjack

- Masters of the Universe: The Power of He-Man

- Mind Strike

- Mr. Basic Meets Bits 'N Bytes

- NFL Football

- Popeye

- Scooby-Doo's Maze Chase

- Sub Hunt

- Thunder Castle

- Three TRON games: Deadly Discs, Maze-A-Tron, and Solar Sailer

Great, now I've got even more INTV games for which I need to hunt down overlays.

And then there's my big game score of the non-vidya kind, one I'm sure our resident Scooby-snack-obsessed dairy deviant will appreciate. Ladies & Gentlemen, I present...

The closest thing you can get to having a Star Trek 3D chess board without Paramount & CBS Studios slapping you with an infringement suit.

Thank you and good night!
