Rambo II SMS question

Rambo First Blood Part II [Now, there are no limits. ℠] and Rambo First Blood Part II [Now, there are no limits. ®] for the SMS are both listed when doing a search.  Shouldn't only one be listed with the other being a variation of the main one?  I believe they are both the same game, just a variation on the cart/box.

Not sure why that would be the case, as the Release Type on the Registered Trademark version is not Original Release - it's a Packaging Variation.

I'm bit confused as to if I'm correct or not.  I guess I should also add a little more info about my findings.  So I checked several websites that say there are 114 titles released for the SMS for North America, our site says 115.  So I pulled up my collection and the titles I am missing and compared them one by one and found out Rambo II is in both lists, the ones I own and the ones I don't own.  Click on the Rambo II title and it shows 2 other variations for a total of 3 different Rambo's, 1 original and 2 variations, all the same gameplay.  So shouldn't only one Rambo II (the original) be searchable for a total of 114 titles, while the other two can only be added when you click on the original's title to view the variations for the game?
