Of Orcs and Men (PS3, 360, PC, PAL Import) RPG

Agarest Generations of War (PS3, PAL Import) RPG
(called in the US 'Record of Agarest War', released for the 360 but not for the PS3 in the US)

Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle (PS3, PAL Import) Fighting/RPG

Indeed, there are a lot of great indie games, formerly only available digitally, released. Almost too many. Smiley There will be also 'Super Dungeon Bros.' released in two months.

Thanks for the list! I was looking for such a list, great idea!

is this going to be a console only list? Because I know quite a few limited run PC games. Just look at the Indie Box alone to get started.

I think we'd need a completely separate thread to be honest for PC. Even so, this thread is going to get large VERY QUICKLY with just console. We're pairing region exclusives with smaller runs, and there are a BUNCH of region exclusives for each console.

Yeah, I know it stretches across a few lines.  I initially included a few import physical copies of games that are only digital in the U.S.  Didn't mean for it to become an import exclusives list, except for physical exceptions, although that is a natural result.  Maybe we could have a separate list of Indiebox, Kickstarter, Limited Run, etc.  Lots of lists to keep up with though.  I guess it's whatever best serves the community.  As mentioned, this is a bit of an experiment, and this is exactly the learning process we need to go through.  All opinions welcomed. Except Noiseredux.  Those PC only guys aren't 'true collectors,' amiright?  Wink

Oh, OK.  We'll let Noise in.  He published me in print long ago, so he bought my vote.  Tinfoil

I've started a similar list for the PS Vita, tracking which games have PhysEng options in which regions.  Would it help if I were to post this as a new topic, so we  can keep imports and small US print runs separate?

Also:
Htol#NiQ: The Firefly Diary is due to be published by NIS in North America and Europe this October, so it should probably be removed from the list.  It will also have Yomawari on the same Vita card. YAY!!

Atelier Escha & Tology Plus (PS Vita) - U.S. Limited Edition comes with a physical copy.

When Koei Tecmo took over the Atelier license from NIS, all of the PS3 Atelier games got updates for the PS Vita... and this LE is the only English language physical copy out of the lot.  >:[

Short Peace: Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day (PS3) (PAL Import)

The game should be on the list as well. The game fits the 'retro' category as well as the character of a digitally only release: It is a 2D-sidescrolling hack n' slash, fast paced and moreover - very good and cheap! Smiley

Added the Atelier (got that one myself) and I think I'll leave the Firefly Diary on for now, unless copies spring up everywhere after release.

Can you PM me said Vita list?  If they are physical editions of U.S. digital-only games, it would fit here.

Thanks!  I'll probably add this one to my own collection soon.

I like the statue but no physical disc?  Huh

It looks like Limited Run is asking to fix this:

DO IT! Love Limited Run Games. If I had $ to pony up, I'd buy every single thing they release just to support them.

Come on Sega. You put Virtua Fighter 5 inside Yakuza 6, now you make a collector's edition for a video game that has no game in it?

They still have some terrible managers it seems.
