It's Kind of Funny When.........

Hey people. I have thought of a new idea for a topic  . It is..... it's kind of funny when, the video game version. (although I have not seen this topic anywhere else)

So.... it's kind of funny when in Elder Scrolls you fight through dungeons and pick locks and a bunch of other stuff to gain experience..... yet you get that sliver of experience that bumps you to the next level simply by selling stuff to a merchant or fence increasing the speech skill. Which happened to me yesterday, I had literally one more thing to sell after selling dozens of looted items to the Thieves Guild fence in the Ratway, that one last item bumped me to level 16, if I hadn't had one more item to sell then I would not have go to the next level yet.

Boy I wish I would have thought of this earlier, I'm sure I missed out on some funny stuff I could have used in here that I don't remember now.

It's Kind of Funny When......... 

You walk around a certain area in Half-Life for a couple of hours looking for a switch and you decide you should see what death would be like falling of a plank on to a giant fan and it blows you to the ceiling where behind some planks is a room where the switch is.

When in a fighting game  all you do to win for most of the fight is spam the same button and move over and over again.

Another one for Elder Scrolls. Today and probably a few other days....

As I die through whatever means (arrows,sword,axe) the drum sound for a skill level up sounds as it shows me dying, meaning the attack that killed me made my light armor skill go up. Like it matters now that I'm dead.

It's Kind of Funny When.........
your stuck for a few days on a puzzle where you cant solve it, and someone walks by and asks (or not) if they can help and solves it in the fewest moves possible.

I do this to my mother all the time.
