Since I don't collect, I've played 100% of all games I own. But, if I was to add in the family collection, it would probably be closer to 75%, since I have a rather large family with quite a few games.

Umm, I'm not even going to attempt to get a percentage.  Before I started collecting, I could easily say I had really played 100% of my games, and probably a good 75% of them to completion.  Now, though?  Pffff.  I don't have close to the largest collection here, but I can safely say I have played maybe 10% of my games, probably less.

Have I played many many many more games than that that I do not own or don't own anymore?  Hell yes.  I have played hundreds of games for a good amount of time each, but many of them are not in my collection (my literal collection, not my online collection, which is not even close to being up-to-date).

I would say I have played about 10% of my games. I have tested more then that but not played.

I've probably played about half of my collection.  I still do have a large number of PS2 and Genesis games that I haven't played.

The number of games i have played to own is going to keep climbing.

I can't really buy much for awhile and i am almost never on Halo 2 anymore so i have been breaking the seal on PS2 games all of which have been good so far Smiley

I've played ALL of my games, and played most of them for more than a few minutes.  Of course, I only buy games that I know I'll play.

I only have about 100 console games and I would guess I've played about 80-85 of them. It's not that I don't intend to play them all, It's just that I get stuck on certain games for soooo long and just don't have the time for the rest. And there are some good games I have and just haven't played yet because of newer games. For example; Knights of the Old Republic for the Xbox is somehow more appealing then Crystalis for the NES. I really do want to play Crystalis though and keep wishing I had the time.

Crystalis! Wow, does that bring back memories! I LOVED that game. It was one of my personal favorite NES titles. You'll really enjoy that one when you get around to it.

Phantasy Star 3 on the Genesis was another excellent RPG from back in the day. From what I remember, it was one of the first RPGs that had something like 4 different endings depending on certain decisions you made earlier in the game. I think at the 1/3rd point, you had to choose one of 2 quests and at the 2/3 point, you had to decide who to marry, which opened up one of 2 different adventure paths.

I second that finding the time to really get into playing the games is a real challenge.

No kidding.  I've only had a chance to play one game in the past two weeks and that was Halo at Den's.  Every other night is dedicated to work and housework.

I played Halo2 for about 15 minutes this morning.

being at work all freakin' day does interfere with a lot of game playing time doesn't it?

I'm almost up to the 80% mark. Cheesy
To be totally honest though i would rather have stayed at the 75% mark and just kept playing new games as i was getting them rather than getting nearly no games and playing them and others.

Somehow I had missed looking at this thread for awhile, who knew someone was going to referance something I said?  Smiley

Now I'm stuck on Fable, before that Freelancer. I still want to play Crystalis but when will the time come? I guess I could deligate some of my video game playing to the wife, that would free up some time right?
