The Original Xbox backward compatiblity on Xbox One goes live today.

Here is a list of the titles:

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
    Ninja Gaiden Black
Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge
    Fuzion Frenzy
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
    Psychonauts
    Dead to Rights
    Black
    Grabbed by the Ghoulies
    Sid Meier’s Pirates!
    Red Faction II
    BloodRayne 2
    The King of Fighters Neowave

I'm going to try this out when I get home from work.  Cool

yeah I'm super excited. Been looking forward to this for a while. I've had a strange fascination with keeping up w/ the 360 backwards compatibility catalog for a while now. So this is extra awesome for me.

I played a TON of Sid Meyer's Pirates! back in the day. I also watched my best friend play a lot of KotOR and have always wanted to give it a try myself. My backlog is already huge and ease of access like this doesn't make it easier for me. Lol

Not a bad start. I hope they add KoToR 2 in there soon.

Grabbed by the Ghoulies did.  I don't think any of the others.

I wonder if they'll give the original Mercenaries another shake.  If I remember, it was pretty unplayable on the 360 (freezing, and maybe low framerate).

I tried Prince of Persia last night and it worked well and looked nice. I hope digital foundry does a comparison video.  The game was a 3.0 GB download. The black and white buttons map to the left and right bumpers. I should try Grabbed by Ghoulies to see what version pops up.

Grabbed By The Ghoulies on RR is the 360 re-release. So while yeah it was already on Xbox One, it wasn't the original Xbox version that was playable. #confusing

@noiseredux: That is confusing but that makes sense.

Supposedly yes, though the bc focus is more on 360.
